Payment
Payment
for orders must be made in full before the order is dispatched.
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling only, by credit or debit card (not
American Express or Diners) , cleared personal cheque, building society cheque or postal order. We do not provide a credit facility or 30 day invoice payment terms.

Returns & Refunds
Since we print exactly what you send us you must check
your order carefully before submitting it. Should you
realise after submitting your order that an error has
been
made, call us IMMEDIATELY on 07805 948614. If your
order has not been processed, we will make the necessary correction. We
will not be responsible for reprinting an order that you have entered
incorrectly if you have not informed us of the error in advance of the
order being processed.
We
regret that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in respect
of products
that have been personalised to your specific requirements once your
order has been processed. In the unlikely event of a mistake made by us
we
will happily replace the EXACT order and promptly send it to you.
You do not have the option to vary the order in any way.
We
undertake to
only dispatch products to you that are in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged please inform us immediately
and we will send a replacement straight away. As we will need to submit
a claim to Royal Mail we will require the damaged item to be returned
to us and your postage costs for returning this item to us will be
refunded.

and we will attempt to address your concerns.

Ownership of Products
All
products shall remain
the property of The Woodsprites Trading Company and shall not pass to
you until payment has been received in full together with the full
payment for any other products that you have agreed to purchase from us.

Cancellation of Order
If you
wish to cancel an order you must inform us immediately to enable
us to stop the production process.
We will then take all necessary steps to minimise financial liability
on your part. We must emphasise, however, that you will be
liable
to pay in full for any part of your order that has already been
produced prior to your cancellation.

Credit/Debit Card Security
All
credit/debit cards are processed via our Nochex Secure E-Payment
gateway. All credit/debit card details are software encrypted at the
checkout stage using 128bit encryption to ensure that your card details
are kept safe and secure.

Delivery Policy
All
orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail standard first class
post, unless you choose the Recorded "Signed for" delivery option (this will incur
an additional postage cost) at checkout.
Please note that the Recorded "Signed for" delivery option is no
quicker than standard first class post - it just requires a signature
on arrival.
We will
endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt. If
for any reason there is likely to be a delay in dispatch of your order
we will contact you by e-mail at the e-mail address supplied by you.
Whilst
Royal Mail standard first class delivery should arrive the next
day after posting, you should allow up to 7 working days
following despatch for your order to reach you to accommodate any
delays in the postal system. If your order hasn't arrived within 2
weeks following despatch then please contact us. The Royal Mail do not
consider an item to be lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We
accept no
responsibility for late delivery by the Royal Mail if you have not
placed your order in sufficient time before your event.

Prices
Product
and post & packing charges are shown on the Prices
page.
Prices are also shown throughout the ordering stage and in your
shopping cart. The full order cost will be calculated at the checkout
stage and indicated on your order form.

Acceptance of Order
We will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of your
order
to the e-mail address that you supply us. Until you receive this e-mail
confirmation you should not assume that your order has been accepted.

Privacy Policy
The Woodsprites Trading Company collect only those
personal
details required to process your order and do not keep those details
for any longer than is necessary to process your order.
If you have requested to be kept informed of new products, etc. then we
will keep your details securely in compliance with the Data Protection
Act. We will not disclose or sell any customer details to third parties.
